推文放不下文獻, 另外回文, 以下引自Facts and Comparisons 4.0 (online): NONSTEROIDAL ANTI-INFLAMMATORY AGENTS Warnings/Precautions Studies have shown that patients with a history of peptic ulcer disease or GI bleeding and who use NSAIDs, have a greater than 10-fold risk for developing a GI bleed than patients with neither of these risk factors. In addition, treatment with oral corticosteroids or anticoagulants, longer duration of NSAID therapy, smoking, alcoholism, older age, and poor general health status contribute to an increased risk for a GI bleed. High-dose NSAIDs probably carry a greater risk of these reactions, although controlled clinical trials generally do not show this. In considering the use of relatively large doses(within the recommended dosage range), sufficient benefit should offset the potential increased risk of GI toxicity. To minimize the potential risk for an adverse GI event, use the lowest effective dose for the shortest possible duration. For high-risk patients, consider alternate therapies that do not involve NSAIDs. -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 164.107.209.5
