我覺得申覆的方向可以這樣寫：
1. 題意的用字不夠明確，按照題意，國內外的製劑是以"OROS"表示。
如：Adalat OROS 30mg，不是"OROS system"字樣表示。
其中OROS的字樣，解作為
ORal Osmotic System
Orifice Release Osmotic System
Osomotic Release Oral System
都能夠表達其利用滲透壓原理之緩釋功能
2. 參考書目Applied Biopharmaceutics & Pharmacokinetics 5th 在索引的部分
與口服緩釋劑型有關的名詞如下
Oral extended-release drug products
OROS osmotic therapeutic systems
Osmotic extended-release products
Osmotic pump system
第535-538 頁之中，並沒有明確指出OROS這四字縮寫的所代表的英文單字。

在國外藥廠的資料中，OROS解作為 osmotic release oral system
(附件二，國內外OROS常用品項)
3. 根據書中 figure 17-10 , osmotic delivery system的簡圖之中
藥物溶離釋出的孔洞稱作delivery orfice。因為在參考書目並未指出
OROS此四字所代表的英文單字，故按照其控釋原理，判斷此字為orifice
應屬合理判斷。
4. 揣測出題者原意，本題旨在鑑別考生是否了解OROS為滲透壓控緩釋劑型。
但是根據參考書目、製劑名稱、劑型作用原理，A,B,C均可作為本題
合理適切之答案。
