我不確定是不是Altretamine的仿單
裡面有幾點是我比較在意的
The usual daily dose of altretamine as a single agent is 260 mg/m(6 to 8
mg/kg) administered orally in 3 or 4 divided doses in 14- to 21-day cycles.
通常每日劑量altretamine作為一個單一的代理是260毫克/立方米（ 6至8毫克/千克）
口服在3或4分的劑量在14 -21天的週期。
Manufacturers' Warnings In Clinical States: Altretamine is a potent drug and
should be used only by physicians experienced with cancer chemotherapeutic
drugs (see Precautions). Toxicity to altretamine is dose-related and
cumulative. Blood counts should be monitored weekly and neurological
examinations performed regularly.

Clinical Pharmacology:
Metabolism, specifically N-demethylation, has been shown to be necessary for
the antitumor activity of altretamine. It has been proposed that altretamine
N-demethylation may produce reactive intermediates which covalently bind to
tissue macromolecules, including DNA.
氮上去甲基化，已被證明是必要的抗腫瘤活性。有人建議，altretamine 的氮上去甲基化
可能會產生活性中間體的共價結合的組織大分子，包括DNA 。
半衰期 13hr
24hr約可從腎臟排除61％

因為Altretamine在氮上去甲基後跟Melamine較類似
所以就針對Altretamine下去查詢
其中 積蓄性 及DNA共價結合 是我比較在意的
Altretamine治療劑量也不過是6-8mg/kg/day
就算成人的一日總量在260mg
但是未達治療劑量 就不會產生其他的不良生理反應嗎？
而且嬰幼兒的體重也不過是3-6kg
以1ppm安全的濃度來看
也還是過高
Altretamine毒性不僅是劑量相關，而且劑量累積
再者Altretamine的副作用會有骨髓抑制
對於正在成長的嬰幼兒更是一大打擊
在數字版看了一些致癌的文章
是沒有看到每日以多少劑量在餵食
有關老鼠兩年致癌也是新聞連結而已
在衛生署藥物資訊網沒辦法查到Altretamine(Hexalen)這支藥
可能是台灣沒有進口吧
如果有人有空的話 可以幫忙去請教一下在醫院chemo部門的學長姊嗎？
