        To start things off: I think all arts are creative efforts
        by means of limitation.

        You must have limits to create boundaries; boundaries to
        create definition -- and definition, which is devised and
        provoked and exploited, to create a self-containing world,
        i.e., poetry.

        Found poetry is masonry with a deliberately diminutive set
        of lexicon.  Whether this deliberation a product of reasons
        or whim is debatable, and I suppose its "seriousness" is
        inevitably related to its cause; but it is masonry.  There
        are elements of creation here.

        As far as credits are due though, I think "found poets"
        deserve no more kudos than that of Enter key-pressers.

        I don't see how prose poetry is related to found poetry, if
        only by how sparingly linebreaks are used.  Linebreaks are
        choices made to lure and distract attentions; the lack of
        which are still choices made.
