The Song of RIBS "N" BIBS

There's a greasy little smoky BBQ that I know,
Where a real Texan gourmet will go.
In a hazy wood stove atmosphere you will hear
The gospel choir from the hissing grill:
Come on down to South Side Chicago and step around with me,
RIBS "N" BIBS sure enough will be where we rush to eat.
They have ribs in all the tricks you ever saw before,
As apostle-like celebrities are hung around the walls.
Professors and students, too, will drop their books for food.
In an emergency after hours, for those hungry Hyde Parkers,
When only Ranch Ribs & Bronco Burgers can mute a noisy belly,
Call RIBS "N" BIBS immediately, and ask the fat black daddy!
