斧斤交加
在它們的砍劈下木植爭鳴
還有那回音！
漫遊的回音
如馬群，從中心向外奔散。
Axes
After whose stroke the wood rings,
And the echoes!
Echoes traveling
Off from the center like horses.
樹的汁液
泉湧如淚珠、如
水奮力
重圓它的破鏡
於石上
The sap
Wells like tears, like the
Water striving
To re-establish its mirror
Over the rock
樹的汁液滴落，化為
骷髏白頭
被雜草的青綠吞噬。
經年之後的我
又在路上撞見他們---
That drops and turns,
A white skull,
Eaten by weedy greens.
Years later I
Encounter them on the road---
乾枯字句無人駕馭，
永不言倦的馬蹄痕跡。
此際
硯池底的點點恆星
主宰著人之一世。
Words dry and riderless,
The indefatigable hoof-taps.
While
From the bottom of the pool, fixed stars
Govern a life.
