感謝板上各位大大的關注，小妹繼續來報告被audit的最新發展....



其實也是真的不知道事情會怎麼發展，只能上來詢問是否有人有過

相關的經驗？



在帳號被US Audit後，我寄信給audit部門的信箱，簡單說了我的

情況（哩程都是自購）並且附上兩次買哩程的confirmation截圖。

然後收到了如下的回信：


Miss XXXX:


US Airways is conducted a random audit of your Dividend Miles

account.


US Airways reserves the right to audit accounts and remove all

mileage credit earned incorrectly or to cancel award tickets and

upgrades issued on ineligible credit. During the audit process, it

may be necessary to hold mileage accrual until credit is deemed as

eligible mileage credit.



It is the responsibility of each member to understand all Dividend

Miles terms and conditions. US Airways will attempt to communicate

program information, in a timely manner, with program participants

through e-Statements; however, US Airways shall have no liability

for any failure to do so. US Airways is not responsible for

correspondence lost, stolen, damaged or delayed in the mail, or

any consequences thereof.



As a member of our Dividend Miles program, you agreed to the terms

set forth.  We apologize if this audit did not result in your favor

and was not resolved to your satisfaction.  However, ineligible

mileage deducted from your account will not be reinstated.



We appreciate this opportunity to clarify our position.  We recognize

you have a choice when flying and look forward to serving you on

future US Airways flights.

看到信真想回信大喊我的mileage都是eligable啊啊啊啊～～都附購買證明了...

雖然小妹已經做了最壞的準備，但還是想請問各位有經驗的板友們，一般被

random audit過程大概會進行多久？以及，這不是US忽悠我的吧？ T______T
