有一件事想請教
我在上月底完成了3次的住宿，當時也用此註冊連結並"sign up for the offer"
前幾天覺得沒入帳也太久了吧
於是寫信去問了accor
得到的回覆如下：
Regarding your request, we checked your account and found you did not
register the promotion before you made those bookings.
According to the terms & conditions of "earn up to 8000 points for 3 stays".
To enjoy this offer, the Le Club Accorhotels loyalty programme member must
sign up by clicking on the "Sign up for the offer" button above and then
follow the instructions.
For this reason, we are sorry that we cannot approve your request for
adjustment.
這樣子也太離譜了吧！
還有什麼可申訴或補救的機會嗎？
