第一題
Which one of the following is not needed for active transport?
(ans:a)
a. a concentration gradient
b. a membrane
c. three ions
d. an outside energy source
e. all of the above are needed
問題a:
主動運輸根據沈浩老師的講義是"逆濃度梯度"
所以我覺得a.應該是需要的，就是有"逆"的concentration gradient
問題c:
three ions 是甚麼啊?是Na-K pump的 3 Na+ 嗎??
問題d.
ATP->ADP不是應該在細胞內嗎?怎麼是outside呢??
第二題

是要改成"carrier protein"嗎?
問題d:
沈浩老師講義p.237 提到Na-K pump是cotransport，還是我誤解了呢?
