◆Number Pairs
We have a number that is written by using numerals exactly twice. The number
of digits between each pair is different.
What is the possible maximum value for this number?
Example: 988797 is such a number (There are 3 digits between two 9's, zero
digits between two 8's, and one digit between two 7's).
我們有一個數，用到的每個數字都用了兩次。每一對相同數字之間的數字個數都不同。
問此數最大是多少？
例: 988797 即是如此的數字 (兩個 9 之間有三個數字，兩個 8 之間有零個數字，
兩個 7 之間有一個數字)
