因為我需要回傳給美國一份 W-8BEN 表格
其中有一個問題是
"The beneficial owner is a resident of _______ within the meaning of
the income tax treaty between the United States and that conutry."
我想請問台灣與美國之間沒有邦交但仍有 income tax treaty 對吧？
所以此選項我是否可以勾選並填上 Taiwan 呢？
煩請有經驗的人幫忙解惑唷！Thanks!
