超輕雨布開團了

以下是一些說明

1. 雨布本體
    材質名稱：Silnylon

    一張大型單人、勉強可當二人的雨布，估計是 270 * 150 cm2 左右
    即
        1 yard = 91.44 cm ; 3 yards = 274.32 cm
        1"     =  2.54 cm ; 60"     = 152.4  cm

    274有點大，多的布料可以裁一裁當雨布袋子用。



2. 剪裁及拉撐系統

    三角形部分是需要拉撐的地方.
    一張雨布要有四個角、四個邊，所以會有八個地方需要拉撐。
    一個拉撐點用一條 Grosgrain (緞帶), 長度大約 11.4 cm好了.

寬： 1.27cm            1.9 cm                2.54cm

      選 .75的好了，厚一點縫多一點比較結實.

    這一樣是用 yard 算，1 yard = 91.44cm
    8 * 11.4 = 91 cm

所以一塊雨布基本訂購量：
    MG143 * 1 yard (per yard 0.7)
    MG104 * 3 yard (per yard 6.4)
    材料大約 20$

3. 運輸
       如果可以找在美國的朋友幫忙寄回台灣是最好，不然還要考慮關稅.

       國際運費算法：
All Non-US Orders: You must add this shipping surcharge to your cart. We
charge international orders the actual cost of shipping plus $5 USD for
handling: any excess shipping cost will be refunded to your card after
processing your order.

For example, if postage costs $12USD to ship your order and you were charged
$8.99 + $30 USD by our cart, your refund would be (you paid for shipping $30

shipment.

例如，如果實用運費是 12 美金，但你已經被先收了 8.99 + 30 美金，
  將會退還 ( 30 + 8.99 ) - ( 12 實際運費 + 5手續費) = 21.99

4.車縫
       會在台灣找類似電繡學號的店幫忙剪裁，要看量、問價錢，
       實際上會用多少錢也不太確定，到時可能要麻煩諸位強者幫忙拉~
       歡迎大家討論、提供建議。

5.收款方式
       一份雨布目前初估大概要1000左右，實際價格會再確認，
       所以目前要訂購的先收 500 訂金，收到訂金才算下訂喔。
       3/27 前要下訂完成，逾期不理，
