[問題] 可以問一句英文翻譯嗎

今天因為天氣很冷所以我穿了六件衣服

請問上面這句話該怎麼翻成英文

會問這句主要是因為不懂clothes的用法
穿了很多衣服可以用a lot of clothes
但是想表達穿六件就不知道該怎麼說了


其實我不太知道可不可以在這問
