小弟今年要申請美國物理PhD

寄了一封email給一位相關領域的教授

簡單的自我介紹了一下 並且提了一下相關所學技能

以及若獲admission 之後想做什麼

一天過後 教授回信如下

I am really glad you are taking an interest in our institue. It sounds like
your interests align really well with our Particle Astrophysics Group. We will
have assistantships available for student to work on HAWC and other
experiments. Your record looks excellent and I strongly encourage you to apply.
In fact we will be happy to cover the cost of your application. Please keep me
informed of your plans and let me know if I can help in any way.

這應該算是很不錯的回應

不過一收到好的回應 反而有點不知所措

請問我該怎麼

keep him informed of my plans 呢?

這時候又該如何乘勝追擊呢?
