小弟今年要申請去美國念博班

最近在聯絡一些教授

今天收到第一封信

但是很明顯的是罐頭信

我想要請問一下

收到這種罐頭信

要回嗎?

然後我還適合去聯絡這封信中提到的另一位教授嗎?
