Q:Dear Professor,
I am the applicant of the PhD program in 2011 Fall, and I have a question
about my TOEFL score.
My total score (101) is higher than the requirement which is 87, but my
scores in speaking and writing sections are 20, 22 respectively,which are
below the requirement.
My question is whether my application will still be considered for admission
with 2 sections below requirement?
