標題[問題] 學校認為收到的成績單是非正式的

各位板友好，我申請Berkeley的LL.M
紙本的補充資料 （四封推薦信、紙本成績單）是在11/29寄出的
剛才收到Berkeley寄來的e-mail
告訴我說他們有收到成績單了
可是覺得那不是正式的
Official transcripts received? N
Transcripts received but unofficial? Y
下面有一段說明是這樣：
If your transcripts have been flagged as unofficial,
it means that they were not sent to our office directly
from the issuing institution, as is required.
Please contact the University to request that
they sent your academic records directly to our office at the address below.
If this cannot be accomplished by our deadline
we will still review your application,
but the transcripts will be considered unofficial.
我在想該怎麼辦...
台大的成績單向來都是我們教務處彌封好、蓋章，
然後交由我們自己寄件的；
我應該怎麼做，才能讓成績單是直接從學校寄送到Berkeley呢？
現在Berkeley的死線也過了，還是就算了？
