 我也稍微研究了一下網站(NY BAR & LLM guide)

 大部分的人還是說基於保險起見還是會提早提出evaluation

 其中只有一個人說他寫信問協會，協會跟她說等到入學以後再申請...



 但是針對網站中http://www.nybarexam.org/Foreign/ForeignLegalEducation.htm

 所需資料的# (c) Proof of fulfillment of the educational requirements for admission to
the practice of law in the foreign country.

    (1) If you are admitted to practice law in a foreign country, attach a
copy of your admission certificate, OR

    (2) If you are not admitted to practice law in a foreign country, submit
proof of the educational requirements for admission to practice law in your
country and proof that you have fulfilled these requirements.
# (d) Accreditation. Submit a written statement from the competent
accrediting agency of your foreign government that the law school or schools
you attended were recognized by them as qualified and approved throughout
your period of study.

我有點疑惑，內容是說，考上律師的人要附什麼樣的資料呢?
如果沒有的話又要附上什麼資料呢?

→ luckybetty8:同時可以向考選部申請考過證明  (有英文版)
