現在租了一個單人房
房東是在條約上註明:
no more than two tenants allowed, any additional tenant must sign
the contract
假使我有找到一個人一起合租的話
那個人也要跟房東簽約吧 那房租是怎麼算? (假設那間是900$/月)
會不會室友也要付900$每個月 還是房東會有別的價格給他簽?
