想請問一下
這是他們對於成績單和學位證明的要求..
不過我看不太懂得就是
他說photocopy不能被接受 但是卻要certified copy
而且說布希望是不能被取代的原版證書
想請問這到底是怎麼回事呢?
學位證書不就是只有正本文件和影本嗎?
