我在申請UWisconsin的MS program，看到一個部分有點疑惑。
見以下：

1. Transcripts: One official transcript from each institution you have
attended (undergraduate and beyond) must be mailed directly to the ECE
Graduate Admissions Office. International academic records must be in the
original language accompanied by an official English translation.
Documents must be issued by the institution with the official seal/stamp
and an official signature.
*Please write your full name, 10-digit campus ID number,
and date of birth on all mailed materials!

問題一
請問只要寄成績單就好嗎? Diplomas需不需要一起附上去呢？
P.S.我的英文成績單上就有Date enrolled, Date conferred, Major, Degree Conferred
就跟Diplomas差不多了。所以才會有這個問題。
此外，我在UCLA的Transcript部分看到
Evidence of conferral of all degrees, diplomas, or professional titles must
be submitted. This may be in the form of officially certified copies of the
actual diploma, or entries on official records or official statements from
granting institutions. In all cases, the statement must include the exact,
original title of the degree and the date of its formal conferral (month and
year).
這樣子的話我是不是只要記我的成績單就好了呢？不用再多寄畢業證書了？
問題二
Official Signature的意思是要註冊組組長簽名嗎?蓋章(與成績單相同的)的話可不可以？
我是用學校的信封，蓋彌封張，還有註冊組組長的章(跟成績單上的一樣)，可行嗎？
問題三
最後有提到寫一堆資料在all mailed materials
是我要寫在
1. 中文成績單，英文成績單
2. 信封外
3. 中文成績單，英文成績單，信封外(這樣算all嗎?)
是上面哪一個算all mailed materials呢？
