[問題] GW寄信來要我再考托福

今天收到GW寄來的信(如下),內容大概是在說我托福不到100(我98)希望我再考托福，要不
然就要參加語言課程
1.請問這封信我要回覆學校我會再考或者是我願意參加語言課程嗎?
2.收到這封信會是好預兆嗎? 謝謝

以下是信內容


I wanted to add a brief note to the email below—I see that you have
submitted both your TOEFL and GRE scores. Your TOEFL score is a 98, which is
above the program minimum score of 80. However, the University requires that
all students with TOEFL scores above 80 but below 100 take an English for
Academic Purposes exam if admitted.


This exam is administered during Orientation, so if admitted, you will be
required to take this exam. The EAP is a placement exam, and based on your
scores, you will then be required to take an additional one or two EAP
courses. These courses carry main-campus tuition (each is a 3-credit course).


All scores above 100 are exempt from the EAP exam and course requirement, so
I wanted to let you know that you might want to retake the TOEFL, in case you
will be able to score just a bit higher. This will prevent you from incurring
additional expense and course requirements. Retaking the TOEFL is entirely
optional, of course.
