不好意思想請問一下
Financial Certification是不是等到有拿到offer之後再上傳就可以了呢?
因為在"international applicants only"這個頁面上看到了


This section is for use by International applicants. UNC-Chapel Hill defines
an international student as any student who is neither a U.S. Citizen nor
U.S. Permanent Resident (green card holder).

"You will be notified to return and complete this section if your graduate
program offers you admission."

這句話

所以international applicants only這整個頁面是否是有了admission之後才需要填呢?

1) 我想請問它說的'International Applicants Only’page 在那裡壓?
   很努力的找了線上申請系統,都沒找到...(看走眼..?)

2) 它說"both prior to or after your application submission",
   請問這代表我可以選擇在申請前或申請後(submit)再處理這個表格嗎?
   還是一定要先處理好上傳了,整份申請文件才算完整?


不知道有沒有有經驗的人可以解惑一下?

→ Navarro:2)在同一頁也解釋得很清楚(所以你要先找到他)
→ JankoTip:謝謝,它出現了..因為一直沒有填完applicant information
→ JankoTip:所以"International Applicants Only" page也一直沒出現.
