成績單的處理遇到緊急的大問題!
還請有經驗的人幫忙解答一下
GU的application requirement上面對於transcript的要求
除了official transcript要用學校彌封的方式寄出之外
還有一項這個Official Foreign Transcripts
Official foreign transcripts should be
accompanied by a notarized translation into English. The official notarized
translation should be submitted to GPPI in a sealed envelope,
signed across the seal by the notary.
International applicants who attend institutions outside of the United States
may also submit their transcripts in the form of World Education Services
(WES) ICAP evaluations and should note that official transcripts are
delivered electronically with their evaluations through WES. WES evaluations
may take the place of official transcripts as long as they come to GPPI
directly from WES and include a copy of the official transcripts you had
evaluated.
所謂 signed across the seal by the notary
意思是我在寄出成績單的信的封口上要有notary的簽名?
這個是一定要去法院公證的意思嗎?
因為deadline時間很緊(1/15)，我怕用WES會來不及
想說如果可以用直接寄的還是比較快
有人有類似的經驗可以幫忙解惑嗎?
