想請問一下，
我是申請Duke University, M.S. in Biostatistics
申請中有一個地方是要上傳Honors and Awards list，
然後他的解說是：Please attach a list of honors, distinctions, prizes or
scholarships received. Indicate the year in which the honor
or award was received, and the awarding institution.
但是我只有拿過龍山寺獎學金之類的小獎，而且也只有2次，
想要問體育相關的比賽得名的名次可以寫嗎？(校內、全國)
那社團內部的比賽可以寫嗎？
系學會幹部、班代這種幹部可以寫上去嗎？
我的打算是寫成下面這種格式(舉例而已)：
Academic
Year Name of the Award Awarding Institution
2012 龍山寺獎學金 龍山寺
Activity
Year Name of the Award Awarding Institution
2012 全國大專院校運動會 XXX比賽團體組第一名 教育部
Cadre
Year Name of the Award Awarding Institution
2011-2012 OO幹部,XXX系學會 XXX學系, OOO大學
還是會建議只寫Academic的部分就好呢？
因為這是一個上傳檔案，
我怕一個A4大小只寫2行獎項而已很奇怪，
