因為真的很困擾不知道怎麼寫所以上網google了一下
"optional diversity statement"
結果看到有人問一樣的問題（沒啥可寫所以煩惱著到底要不要寫）
覺得這篇回覆滿切中要點的
如果真的沒啥好寫，幹嘛硬寫讓人轉移焦點呢？

Don't write it. I had to write one for schools that required it,
and even so I ended up deciding not to submit it to schools where
it was optional, because I didn't like it very much. I did have
some interesting things to say in that statement, but I just didn't
feel that they were relevant enough to my application. And I got in
to at least one school where it was optional and I didn't submit one,
so it doesn't seem like it hurt me not to include it. So I would
definitely say don't write one just for the sake of writing one;
only write one if you really think it will help put your application
in perspective (which it sounds like you don't).
