[問題] 申請Hunter College 語言學校問題!

不好意思想請有申請過hunter或瞭解的大家幫忙。
目前準備要申請hunter的語言學校，準備文件的時候發現幾個部分不知道該怎麼填寫。
很抱歉因為是第一次申請，有很多地方都不懂，真的很謝謝幫忙！！！


1.在ABROAD APPLICATION CHECKLIST裡，
有一個項目是Copy of Any Previous F-1 Status Document (If Applicable)
因為我是第一次申請I20，是不是就可以不用附上之前F-1簽證的資料?

2.另外資料裡需填寫美國住址，欄位有說明：
Address of the Applicant in the U.S.A.
(This is an Immigration requirement! If you do not have your address yet,
you can use the address of a family member or close friend.
Application will not be accepted without a U.S. address!)
想請問填家人或朋友的住址會影響到申請嗎？會不會因此而申請不過之類的…
另也想請問填住址的意義為何呢?是會寄資料過去嗎?

3.在Affidavit of Support Form中，有一欄位如下，
Sponsor's name可以填父母的名字嗎?
但我完全不了解Bank or Notary Public那邊要怎麼填寫?需要請銀行簽名?
今天有打電話到銀行，銀行說明他們不會簽名，只能蓋章。想請教這部份該怎麼辦?
