標題[問題] 請問這封信的意思

今天早上收到PSU的這封信，program是master in engineering science and mechanics。
請問大家這封信的意思是要我去套詞嗎？可是最後一段真的很像拒信。
以下是信件內容：
Dear XXX,
The Graduate Admissions Committee has received your application for Graduate School at Penn State University, Department of Engineering Science and Mechanics. After reviewing your application materials, you have been added to our Faculty Select list.
Faculty Select means that your information is available to all of ESM faculty to review. If a faculty member feels that you would be a good fit within his/her scope of research, you would then be contacted by the faculty member and be offered admission.
Thank you for applying to Engineering Science and Mechanics and good luck in future endeavors.
