妳誤會了，因為這裡的 where it is very cold 的「it」不是指地方，
而是指天氣或溫度。像我們常說 It is raining today.
it 通常就是指whether。
這裡的... where it is cold 也是同樣道理，只是指在那個地方( in the place)，
it is cold. (溫度或天氣很冷)。這裡的it不是指the place喔。
