這是因為不定詞片語當形容詞(or補語)修飾名詞的時候恆為主動
e.g.
(1) The store has a lot of products to choose from.
(2) I need a pen to write with.
(3) The skill is easy to learn.
在這些句子當中 不定詞片語的的動詞和其所修飾之名詞的關係都是被動的
但由於這些不定詞片語都是都形容詞(or補語)修飾名詞，因此動詞恆為主動
