JENNIFER BEALS HAD THE BABY!
It's official! Jennifer Beals delivered her first child several weeks ago--
sometime in late October. She had a girl. There had been plenty of Internet
rumors that Beals had delivered and that it was being kept under wraps. This
is the first child for Beals and husband Ken Dixon, though Beals has two
stepchildren from a previous marriage of her husband.
Unlike her co-star, Laurel Holloman's pregancy in Season 2, Beals' pregnancy
was not written into Bette's storyline for Season 3, which is scheduled to
premiere on January 8, 2006. L-word.com was told by Showtime insiders that
there was going to be a break in filming in October and early November due to
Beals' early November delivery date. Filming was set to resume for several
weeks after Beals' delivery.
