ㄧ題三重積分 麻煩大家了!

Find the volume of solid region R bound above by the surface x^2+y^2+z^2=16

and below by the paraboloid z=√(x^2+y^2)

這題我是有算出 我想問ㄧ下 這題的圖形可以用幾分之幾的球體體積來算嗎?

我算很久都跟答案不對 不知哪裡有問題想錯 麻煩各位了 謝謝!
