要 f"(x) 在 x=0 連續, 必要條件是 lim f"(x) 存在.
x→0
因此, 必須 a>4.
當 a>4 時, f"(x)→0 當 x→0. 又: 此時 f'(0)=0; 且
f'(x) - f'(0)
f"(0) = lim --------------- = 0
x→0 x
故: f"(x) is continuous eveywhere iff. a>4.
