[多變] Triple integrals

1.∫∫∫ x dV  ,where E is bounded by the paraboloid x=4y^2 + 4z^2 and the plane
  E

x=4

我算了好多次答案都是8π/3,可是習題答案卻是16π/3

我的算式是     2π 1
             ∫   ∫ (4-4^2)4r^3 dr dθ
               0   0
 可以請問一下我哪裡算錯了嗎?

另外還有一題
2.
  ∫∫∫z dV,where E is bounded by the cylinder y^2 +z^2 =9 and the planes x=0
    E
,y=3x,and z=0 in the first octant

像做這種題目的時候阿,一定要畫出三維圖才能算的出來嗎?

因為我畫不太出來,只能畫出x-y或y-z或x-z的圖

可是當我只能畫出兩維的圖的時候,我只能設出兩個變數的積分範圍,另一個要怎麼找出

它的範圍呢?
