after i re-read the paragraph, i think this word "could" only means that it
is one of the company's options -- but there is no guarantee that the company
CAN actually find someone.  Devil is always in the details, no? :)

試改: 至於北美部門，公司會願意去找人來合夥經營
      但同時也不排除把整個部門賣掉的可能

推 TheRock:很多公司併購他公司是為了增加產品線，但是如果買的公司是
推 TheRock:經營不善的，為了壓低成本減少虧損，會傾向多多「共用」，
推 TheRock:最後的結果，就是共用部份越來越多，產品的差別越來越小。
推 TheRock:搞不好 GM 就發生過這種事... 以上純為不負責任推斷。 XD
