標題[問題] 有人能告訴我belong process的意思嘛

Students learn that people's SER values and views can and often on change
over time, and that examination of one's SER values, views and actions is a
belong process.
我的翻譯:
學生們發現人的社會及環境責任價值觀常隨著時間改變。而檢測ㄧ個人的社會及環境責任
價值觀、 看法、行為則是必經的過程。
有人能告訴我belong process的意思嘛?
其實後面半句 我都不太懂 感覺怎樣和前文都連不起來...
