答案是1 但為何不是2或3呢?
2的話 human right issue後面應該會加個(which) played/showd on TV
3的話 什麼是"上個月底的人權議題"?
是說上個月底產生的人權議題?
還是上個月底被媒體揭露的人權議題?
總之呢 3的話連中文都說不通
