2.支持泛綠陣營=>做出有利泛綠陣營的裁決 (他幹麻支持泛綠)
3.中止=>暫停討論 (還沒實施的法案本身不需要中止)
4.該法案=>中選會組織法
5.等候黨派談判=>以待朝野政黨協商
