沒時間多作研究（所以現在不敢翻），但是這首曲子前面有
Less than begin, but more than forget （所以要想，為什麼後面用 beg
un?)
的對比，所以有些東西要從整體看。雖說有點為賦新詞強說愁，但這曲子裡還夾雜入
人世無常和反戰情緒，不像台灣的流行歌曲只專注情愛。
這裡有首 e e cummings 的詩，用的就是這「得失」「多少」之間構面的迷離撲朔：
love is more thicker than forget

more thinner than recall

more frequent than to fail
it is most mad and moonly
and less it shall unbe

is deeper than the sea
