我嘗試做的翻譯為：
Observing the passivation layer can whether cut off the factors in the
ambience or not. At last, we want to look for the material that fitting
a-IGZO TFT’s passivation layer.

不知道翻譯是否正確，又或是有更優美的寫法..請教一下大家，謝謝～
