在書上看到作者分享奧黛莉赫本在1993年前後寫的詩句，覺得非常溫柔又淺顯易懂

於是轉錄過來，希望對大家有所幫助 :)

For attractive lips, speak words of kindness.

For lovely eyes, seek out the good in people.

For a slim figure, share your food with the hungry.

For beautiful hair, let a child run his fingers though it once a day.

As you grow older, you will discover that you have two hands: one for helping
yourself, the second for helping others.

I speak for those children who cannot speak for themselves, children who have
absolutely nothing but their courage and their smiles, their wits and their
dreams.
