查克羅里士Chuck Norris是一名美國的武術家
拿過美國的空手道冠軍
同時也是電影明星、空軍的榮譽老兵
他最有名的經歷是與李小龍拍攝電影，飾演它的對手。
在他出版的空手道書中有幾段話蠻有意思的
每種武術都有它的武德規範，他提出的空手道規範是源自於他的人生座右銘。
在這邊跟大家分享一下  :)

I will develop myself to the maximum of my potential in all ways.
我會用盡各種方式來發展我的極限潛能。

我會永遠對吾主、吾友與家庭保持忠誠。

I will remain highly goal-oriented throughout my life because that positive
attitude helps my family, my country and myself.
我將一生專注於達成目標，這種正面態度可以幫助我的家庭、國家、與自身。
