之前的一部熱門電影「鐵娘子」，英國前首相柴契爾夫人說過的一段話：


思想會化成語言(Watch your thoughts, for they become words.)，
語言會化成行動(Watch your words, for they become actions.)，
行動會變成習慣(Watch your actions, for they become habits.)，
習慣會變成個性(Watch your habits, for they become yourcharacter.)，
而個性會決定命運(Watch your character, for it becomes your destiny.)！
我們怎麼想，決定自己成為什麼樣的人(What we think we become)。
