people who takes care of others all the time are usually the ones
who need it the most.
那總是在照顧別人的往往是最渴望被呵護的一個，

The 3 hardest things to say are I love you, I'm sorry, and Help me.
最難說出口的三件事就是我愛你、我很抱歉、以及，幫幫我。

Sometimes just because a person looks happy, you have to look past their
smile and see how much pain they may be in.

有時候儘管某個人看起來很開心，
但你仍必須試著去看見那藏在笑容背後的苦澀，
有多多、有多深。
