Report: A-Rod On Plane That Went Off Runway
Yankees Third Baseman Not Believed To Be Injured
(AP) NEW YORK CBS 2 has learned that a private plane carrying seven
passengers, including New York Yankees third baseman Alex Rodriguez, has
skidded off a runway in Burbank, Calif.
Media reports in Southern California have confirmed Rodriguez was on the
plane.
It is believed no one was injured.
The incident came two days after Yankees pitcher Cory Lidle was killed, along
with his flight instructor, in a high-rise crash in Manhattan.
