Monday 9 August, Pippo Inzaghi will celebrate his birthday. Not
only an important moment for him and his family, but also for all
Milan fans, who he helped celebrate in a magical way four years
ago...
MILAN - Mister Athens can't wait for the weekend's training to
draw to a conclusion so that he can start his birthday
preparations in style, beacuse Superpippo's birthday is never a
dull occasion.
August 9, 2006, a Wednesday, 70.000 Rossoneri fans inside the San
Siro witnessed Pippo Inzaghi set Milan off on their march towards
Athens. That birthday goal was what he and the fans asked for,
and it came in front of the Curva Sud. 1-0 to Milan against Red
Star Belgrade and off they set for the Greek capital.
This Monday he'll turn 37 in the company of his mother Marina,
father Giancarlo, Alessia Ventura, his brother Simone and his
adored nephew Tommaso.
Let the weekend begin that will lead to Superpippo's birthday.
