Andrea Pirlo is mature, he does not need to win over anyone.
His self-confidence comes from his family and the club.
The Brescia-born talent tells 'Gazzetta dello Sport' he is ready to accept the
tasks Carlo Ancelotti will offer him:

  'I'm happy for the coach's confidence. I expect new responsibilities and
   will be ready to accept them. I like facing important challenges,
   I don't back out. Last year I was able to make my contribution, although
   I did not start in the first team. I know it is difficult to impress,
   but I also know that it is harder to reconfirm oneself. I want my
   performance to be continuous all over the years. One of my objectives is
   to show that my team could count on the player they had last season.'

PIRLO已然有大將之風了，他不需要依靠擊敗其他人來建立自己的信心。
他的自信風采來自於俱樂部以及家人的肯定。
這位布雷西亞出生的球員告訴米蘭體育報他已經為阿切即將付與他的任務做好完全的準備。

 〝我很高興教練如此信任我。我期待新的責任並且已準備好要接受他。
   我喜歡面對重大的挑戰，我決不會退縮。
   上賽季我對球隊作出了貢獻，雖然我並非一開始就進入先發名單。
   我知道要讓教練信任你注意你並不容易，但是我更明白要重新肯定自己更是困難。
   我希望我的好表現會持續一整年。我的目標之一就是讓球隊知道可以相信我們
   今年會比去年更好。〞

Andrea Pirlo told about himself also to 'Corriere dello Sport'.
About transfer market he added:

  'A team who have almost everything like ours does not need much.
   Stam would be the perfect player to reinforce our back line.
   Signing him Milan would take a competitive player away from the transfer
   market to beat competition.'
