ABBIA AND AMBRO PRESENT

It is not a sensation that Paolo Maldini and Billy Costacurta are still
Rossoneri. It is normal, it is the rule. They are Milan. On the contrary, it is
praiseworthy that the same can be said about Christian Abbiati and Massimo
Ambrosini. The goalkeeper and the midfielder of the last Scudetto have not had
many chances to impress in the last two seasons. Well, they have actually
played rarely. But they feel part of Milan and are still at the club. The two
'Immortals', Abbia and Ambro, are the only ones who have remained from the team
which won the 16th title. Adriano Galliani always repeats it with renewed
convinction: 'Other clubs are as strong as ours, but here we win because a
strong sense of membership makes the difference.' Milan's heart also beats on
the bench. Christian Abbiati showed it, when he stood up to hug his team-mates

when he scored against Roma in the Italian Cup under his fans with the captain
armband; and then as a real predator at the 'Olimpico' against Lazio in Serie
A. Always ready, always present, not with words, but facts. This is the reason
why Abbia turned a deaf ear to the offers he received from abroad and renewed
his contract with an handshake. And this is also the reason why the club went
to Ambro the day after an injury to extend his stay at the San Siro. Five years
ago they starred at Udine, today they still star, it is their nature: Abbia and
Ambro present and ready.

他以掠食者之姿，硬是搶下了勝利。
永遠都是蓄勢待發、永遠都挺身而出。
不是用言語，而是用行動、用事實。
這就是為什麼ABBIA總是對於其他球隊的邀約是聽而不聞，並且在米蘭提出續約時，
毫不考慮地答應。
而這也是為什麼在AMBRO受傷時米蘭要提出續約的建議。
5年前，他們是球場上的主角。
5年後，他們仍是。
這是他們的天性，這就是永遠蓄勢待發、挺身而出的ABBIA和AMBRO。
