TRAINING AT MILANELLO: WORKING APART

MILANELLO - After the exercises on agility and speed, the international players
moved to the gym. The rest of the squad played a six-a-side game (Inzaghi and
Ambrosini also took part) under the covered pitch as the weather has been very
bad in the Milan area. Maldini and Pancaro did some work specifically on
building power.
參加國家對的米蘭球員在前天都回到內洛了
昨天都在運動館內做一些恢復
沒有參加國家對的球原則在室內球場進行小型的隊內練習賽（因為昨天米蘭氣候相當惡劣）
（包括傷癒的AMBRO和因為背傷復發的PIPPO）
而馬隊和PANCARO則做了一些重力訓練
