MILAN - Sandro Nesta spoke to the Milan Channel ahead of the decisive
game against Roma and said: 'We will have to prepare well. It will be
without doubt the game of the year. Everyone will be working hard
throughout the week so that they are at their best and that's what
counts. However, Milan will be well up for this game. After all the good
things we have done this campaign, Sunday's occasion against Roma is
not one to let slip.'
NESTA: 'Without a strong Roma we would have been champions now'

MILAN - Sunday's game pitches together the two sides with the a points
total of 146: Milan on 76, Roma 70. Sandro Nesta said: 'Personally, I
have seen a very good Roma side, lately they have turned in good
performances and they won't give up on Sunday. Even if Roma are on a
roll we want to close it out. It is a league decider and we are at home
so we want to have the final say. Up until now it has been a great
championship race and both sides deserve credit. Without Roma chasing
us we would have won the title by now.'
MILAN: 'Totti can do great things'
26 April 2004 18:56
MILAN - Nesta will be facing an old opponent from his derby days in
Rome, in the Francesco Totti. Nesta was in the Lazio side that won the
league five years ago but the defender knows that Milan will have to
stop Totti if they are to land their 17th title. He said: 'This is Roma's
moment and indeed Totti's. In the difficult moments he resolves the
problem and he is the reference point for the side. Roma are a solid
outfit, well organised but I don't think we will see any new from them
even if Francesco can make the difference when it counts.'
NESTA: 'We are in good health'

MILAN - Sandro has been part of a defence that has only conceded a
goal in the last three games and that was a penalty ...
'Yes, we have been firm. We have had some injuries, in some situations
a drop, but now Milan is a side in good health and this good condition is
right through the team not just the defence.'
